Day 1

I want to commit to writing every single day. Even if it’s just bits and pieces of screenplays I’m writing, recommendations, sharing victories, or a simple rant. So here’s to the first day.

I had one of the loveliest January 1st’s in a long time. 12/31/18 ended at a Worship & Prayer concert, and we went home at 6am. We slept. Then I made some family phone calls, texted with dear friends and Facetimed with some of the strongest, brilliant and most vibrant women in my industry. And this is what I’m most grateful for today. I love the people in my life. I am surrounded by people who are genuine, kind, caring, and brave. People who I believe truly have my back. It’s taken a long time for me to figure out who those people are and what that looks like - and it’s one of the most beautiful things to celebrate in life. I am grateful.
