The work I'm eager to make are narratives centered around the immigrant experience. Everything from 1st generation to 3rd generation, exploring how our ancestry plays into who we are and how we view the world. I am a half Filipino, Spanish, Chinese, British mix. Most of my current pieces focus on identity as a Filipino in America.

Another part of my identity that I'm eager to explore as a writer is what it means to be an American. As a descendant of Peregrine White, the first child born in America from the Mayflower, I'm eager to illustrate stories about resilience, identity, ownership, and rights. One of my upcoming pieces focuses on the harsh reality of looking back into one's ancestry to make sense of the sacrifices and atrocities that may comprise one's ancestral path.

I'm currently developing 4 pilots, a feature, and a novel. Writing is my passion, and storytelling is pure joy for me.
